Our store ships worldwide for most products using insured shipping for your order. To keep costs to a minimum we despatch your goods directly from our manufacturers. Delivery times are typically 7-45 days depending on your location. US customers and some EU based customers will typically receive their orders within 14 days although this may be longer in peak periods.
How are Unique Gadgets products shipped?
Wherever possible we provide tracking numbers with all orders (although for some destinations this is not possible due to limitations imposed on us by foreign shipping companies). You will receive the tracking number by email after purchase.
Where do we ship to?
We ship to most European countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech, Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
Furthermore, we ship to the vast majority of Non-European countries, so the rest of the world.
We have a tiny amount of exceptions: We do not ship to APO and FPO zones, other military regions and a very small amount of remote countries. If you are unsure if you are eligible for shipping, which really is a rarity, please get in touch with us at email@example.com or by using our contact form.
Please note that some products may not be available to be shipped to every country.

How much does shipping cost?
We are happy to offer you Worldwide Free Shipping on all non-promotional products. Thus, you will not be charged any shipping costs on paid products.
Shipping for promotional products usually costs between $5 and $9 USD depending on the courier and destination.
Please note, these rates and prices are subject to change. These values are just guidelines, the actual shipping cost will be shown at the check-out.
How long will it take to arrive?

Orders for multiple items may arrive separately.
What about customs?
99.9% of our orders pass though customs smoothly but occasionally parcels may be delayed due to security checks and very occasionally you may be required to pay additional import duties. Unfortunately this is entirely out of our control.
Can I return an item?
We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. In order to be eligible for a full refund the item must be undamaged, unused and returned with its original packaging. To request a return please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org Please also fill out the formula in the revocation information. You will find further information in our Terms & Conditions. If the item you have received does not match the one you ordered or if it is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will do our best to find a solution. You will have to pay for the return shipment cost. We will provide you with the shipping adress for returns.
When will I get my money back?
The processing of returns takes between 7-14 days after we receive the item. Once your return is checked and approved, it will be processed and the purchase price will be reimbursed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you of the reimbursement. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few business days for the refund to be displayed in your account.
